Rakshya started working as an Account Assistant at International Trading House Pvt Ltd before she began her career in the financial sector with Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd as an intern. She worked in the Customer Relations Department and helped with the daily operational tasks. With her keen interest in the banking sector and desire to learn, she aspired to have a career in this field.
