Renewable energy is defined as the form of energy that is naturally obtained from the environment and from sources that can be replenished naturally. These include solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, hydropower, and biomass. Gham Power Nepal Private Limited is a renewable-energy-focused social enterprise based in Kathmandu, Nepal with the primary goal to reduce the burden that excessive power outages posed in Nepal’s urban population. They have been the first enterprise to install Microgrid in rural Nepal along with the adoption of PAYG schemes.
Under the initiation of the Malpi’s Center for Career Guidance and Placement has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Gham Power (One of the Leading Social enterprises in Nepal) to provide Industry Exposure, internships, and Job Opportunity for the Students.
