Malpi International College recently organized an engaging 4-day Figma workshop for our BCSIT students, conducted by Mr. Swornim Shrestha and Ms. Sakila Pokharel from PMsquare Nepal. This comprehensive session was designed to introduce students to the world of UI/UX design and equip them with practical skills for their future in tech and design.
Highlights of the Workshop:
- Day 1: Overview of UI/UX design concepts, design trends, and future technologies like AR/VR and 3D interfaces.
- Day 2: Introduction to app design, user flow, and Figma as a design tool.
- Day 3: Design research methods, low-fidelity prototyping, and wireframe creation.
- Day 4: Transition to high-fidelity design, interactive prototyping, and gathering feedback.
This workshop empowered students to think creatively, understand the design process, and build confidence in using Figma to create polished app designs.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to PMsquare Nepal, Mr. Swornim Shrestha, and Ms. Sakila Pokharel for their expert guidance and to our students for their active participation and enthusiasm.
