Our 2nd semester students  had an enriching industrial visit to Soaltee Hotel, a renowned five-star establishment. During the visit, students observed various departments, gaining practical insights into key management concepts such as effective customer service and communication, planning and coordination, operations and quality control, service management, staffing functions (recruitment, training, and employee motivation), and marketing with a focus on customer relationship management.

This hands-on experience allowed students to connect classroom theories with real-world practices. We are proud of their enthusiasm and look forward to more such learning opportunities.
